Solar Coordinator
to support site execution, documentation, and coordination activities for our projects in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between
site team, HO departments, vendors, and clients
Track
material dispatches, deliveries, and site inventory
Prepare and maintain
project documentation, DPRs, BOQs, and MIS reports
Support installation, testing & commissioning coordination
Monitor project timelines and flag delays or risks
Coordinate statutory approvals, drawings, and site records
Maintain manpower and vendor attendance records
Ensure site activities are aligned with safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy
2-3 years of experience in Solar EPC / site coordination
Working knowledge of solar modules, inverters, MMS, cabling, and earthing
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication & MIS reporting
Willingness to travel to project sites
