Coordinate and support the execution of PEB projects in line with approved schedules and specifications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (Design, Purchase, and Site Execution) to ensure project requirements are met.
Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues proactively.
Prepare and maintain project documentation -- including schedules, progress reports, material status, and site updates.
Monitor and follow up on material dispatches, fabrication, and erection activities.
Assist in ensuring safety, quality, and cost compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project correspondence and communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support the preparation of project MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements between sites and head office.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of PEB structure components (primary, secondary, sheeting, accessories, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in project coordination within the PEB / steel construction / industrial building domain.
Experience in handling multi-site projects will be an advantage.
