Job Overview

We are looking for a Marathi speaking project coordinator who will work closely with internal teams and government officials to ensure successful delivery on our government partnership programs.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relations with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem Implementation and end to end project delivery for large scale programs. Visiting different districts of the state to facilitate project delivery. Ensure identification, onboarding, and successful usage of students from the given project. Reporting to the leadership team and government officials on project progress and outcomes Document all inspiring success stories, efforts, challenges and internal & external discussions.

Graduation/ Post Graduation

Requirements

Must be from the same district or nearby.

(Sangli, Maharashtra)

Must have experience in Government relationships.

Must speak Marathi.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in building and engaging networks to action. Excellent command in writing, reading and spoken Hindi and English. Willingness to travel, including rural field visits. Should have a minimum of one year of project or client management experience. Should be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience of working on government projects is an added advantage.
