DESCRIPTION




Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage sales activities for the North region, focusing on key accounts and production units in the Rail segment. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer-centric solutions and satisfaction. Oversee site and project management activities, ensuring timely delivery, safety compliance, and quality standards. Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Assist in budget planning, tracking, and resource allocation. Maintain project documentation, databases, and records. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES




Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications in project management or safety (preferred). This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
