The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the on-ground execution of Project Pragati+ across the three identified locations. This role will ensure smooth implementation of training, enterprise development, and market linkage activities while supporting women entrepreneurs and SHG groups in capacity building and business management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the project in three locations.
Supervise training sessions, ensure participation of women, and facilitate exposure to practical enterprise skills.
Support women in production planning, record keeping, packaging, and branding under
KHP
.
Facilitate buyer linkages, e-commerce onboarding, and local sales opportunities.
Conduct regular monitoring, collect data, and prepare progress reports for the project team.
Liaise with local SHGs, Panchayats, and community stakeholders to ensure strong community ownership.
Provide continuous handholding support to women entrepreneurs.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Social Work, Rural Management, or Business Development.
2-4 years of field experience in livelihood, women empowerment, or entrepreneurship projects.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to stay in rural areas.
Digital literacy: WhatsApp Business, e-commerce basics preferred.
