Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Transferring the finalised creative to client groups and follow up status till posts.
Content Management & Posting
Ensure the casts are placed with the content and follow up to be on time in the set.
Write engaging captions and optimize posts for different platforms.
Form and coordinate communities for influencers, casts, etc.
Community Engagement & Brand Interaction
Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across platforms and engage with the audience.
Respond to queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyse post performance using insights and analytics tools.
Prepare monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Advertising & Growth Initiatives
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to run paid social media campaigns.
Identify influencers or partnership opportunities for brand growth.
Experiment with new content formats, hashtags, and trends to increase visibility.
