We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll work closely with the

founder

and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across marketing, operations, and client delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate tasks across team members and track progress to ensure timely delivery. Schedule and document meetings, capturing action items and key decisions. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Act as a communication link between the founder, clients, and internal teams. Use tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Slack to manage workflows efficiently. Identify project risks or bottlenecks early and propose effective solutions. Prepare weekly progress reports for both internal and client-facing reviews. Join client meetings, strategy sessions, and help drive project momentum.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar. Interest in growing within the project management or operations space. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations. Exposure to working in startups or with cross-functional remote teams. Understanding of agency workflows, marketing, or business operations.

What We Offer:

?25,000 - ?35,000 INR
