Roles and Responsibilities

:

Project Coordination & Tracking:

Assist the project head in tracking progress of multiple redevelopment projects. Maintain project documentation like proposals, MoUs, consent forms, agreements, and legal records. Regularly update project status reports and send internal updates to management.

Liaison & Communication:

Coordinate with society committee members, legal advisors, architects, and consultants. Follow up for required NOCs, consents, and approval documents from societies and authorities. Arrange and attend society meetings and explain project proposals. Maintain positive relationships with society residents.

Execution Support:

Schedule site visits and ensure timely flow of work between technical and legal teams. Maintain checklists for permissions such as IOD, CC, LOI, and commencement certificates. Monitor deadlines and send timely reminders to stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare MIS reports and track timelines, issues, and compliance. Draft MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), formal letters, and summaries as needed. Digitally organize project folders for easy retrieval and compliance.

Requirements

:

Candidates with

3 to 4 years of experience

in real estate or redevelopment coordination.

Should have handled documentation and stakeholder communication.

Should understand local redevelopment processes, including approvals and liaison coordination.

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
