Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator & QA professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle long-term IT client projects. This role combines project coordination with quality assurance to ensure smooth project execution, from functionality suggestions to final delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the client, project manager, and technical developers, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements in ERP, Warehouse Management, Depot Management, CRM, and FMS. Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Organize and facilitate regular client meetings, ensuring clear communication and progress updates. Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.

Quality Assurance

: Review project requirements and suggest functional improvements or changes. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for ERP, Warehouse, Depot, CRM, and FMS systems. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software is of high quality and meets client needs. Document defects and work with developers to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Verify bug fixes and validate functionality before release to the client.

Client Interaction

: Act as the point of contact for clients regarding project progress and quality concerns. Provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders on testing status, potential risks, and issues. Suggest improvements to the project to enhance user experience and functionality.
Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination and quality assurance in IT. Strong understanding of ERP, Warehouse Management, Depot Management, CRM, and FMS systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and project managers. Good knowledge of testing methodologies (manual & automated testing). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?37,000.00 per month
