management of a work-stream under supervision of the project manager or
independent management of a minor project with lower degree of
complexity.
Ensures documentation for the project.
Tracks progress against the plan.
Monitors cost, timescales and resources used, and recommends action
where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
Coordinates activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Coordinates project phases and scheduling.
Provides technical support and issue management.
Establishes effective communications with stakeholders.
May have leadership responsibility for a small project team.
May be responsible for delivery of project plan, scope, cost, work
schedule, design and build as well as contractual deliverables.
May carry out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team.
May manage project resources including subcontractors.
May be responsible for ensuring delivery to the project plan and budget.
