We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
with hands-on experience in a
Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
environment. The ideal candidate will support the execution of real estate or infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in the
coordination and execution
of construction projects from planning to handover.
Monitor and track project schedules
, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
Liaise with
clients, contractors, consultants, vendors
, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Prepare and maintain
project documentation
, including reports, meeting minutes, work progress summaries, and checklists.
Coordinate and follow up on
RFIs, material approvals, permits, and site inspections
.
Help manage
project budgets, BOQs, and contractor bills
in coordination with the commercial team.
Conduct
site visits
to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Organize and participate in
weekly review meetings
, ensuring all action points are addressed.
Ensure all work aligns with the
project specifications, timelines, and PMC protocols
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
.
2-5 years
of relevant experience working with a
Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
.
Good understanding of
construction methods, project workflows, and PMC roles
.
Proficiency in
MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work on multiple sites or projects, if required.
