The Project Coordinator - Civil (PEB) will support the end-to-end coordination of civil and PEB project activities. This role ensures smooth communication between site teams, design, vendors, and clients while maintaining timelines, quality, and safety standards for PEB projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking of PEB and civil work activities.
Coordinate daily with site teams, contractors, and project engineers for work progress.
Ensure civil foundations, anchor bolt settings, and PEB erection activities follow approved drawings and standards.
Monitor material delivery, check shortages, and coordinate with procurement/logistics for timely supply.
Maintain documents including DPR, WPR, MMR, checklists, RFI, BOQ updates, and site records.
Conduct site visits to verify progress, quality, and compliance with safety norms.
Support project manager in preparing timelines, work schedules, and progress presentations.
Facilitate communication between design, fabrication, and erection teams for issue resolution.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections, approvals, and work clearances.
Identify site challenges, escalate delays, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
6-7 years of experience in PEB project coordination (Preferred).
Good knowledge of PEB structures, civil foundations, mezzanine works, and erection processes.
Ability to read and interpret civil and steel structure drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
