Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of
Web and Mobile projects
(MERN, Flutter, React Native, AI-based solutions)
Act as a liaison between
clients and internal teams
Gather, analyze, and document
project requirements and scope
Create and maintain
project plans, timelines, and task trackers
Track daily progress and ensure
on-time delivery of milestones
Conduct regular follow-ups with development and design teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and delays and escalate when required
Assist in client communication, status updates, and demos
Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
Ensure adherence to quality standards and defined workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience
as a Project Coordinator / Project Executive in IT
Strong understanding of:
Web Technologies:
MERN Stack
Mobile Technologies:
Flutter, React Native
AI-based applications
(basic workflow knowledge)
Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with
project management tools
(Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
Excellent
communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Education
Bachelor's degree in
IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Client handling and requirement analysis experience
Basic understanding of
