Job Description

We are looking for a

Project Coordinator

who can efficiently coordinate between business, product, and development teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience with

eCommerce or education platforms

and be comfortable working in an

Agile/Scrum environment

&

Technical candidate and have experienced with IT Company before would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Track tasks, issues, and progress using

Jira

Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies via

Slack and email

Maintain project documentation, sprint boards, and reports Support requirement gathering and ensure clarity between stakeholders and developers Monitor project milestones and help ensure on-time delivery

Required Skills & Experience

Good understanding of

eCommerce or Education platforms

Hands-on experience with

Jira

(task tracking, sprint boards) Working knowledge of

Slack

for team communication Basic understanding of

Agile, Sprint Planning, and Scrum processes

Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Good to Have (Plus Points)

Exposure to

Scrum or Agile frameworks

Experience working with developers, QA, and product teams Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, workflows, integrations)
