Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate concerns when required.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Support deployment activities and post-release follow-ups.
Help ensure adherence to development best practices and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development (coding background is mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the IT/software industry.
Strong understanding of web and mobile application development life cycles.
Experience working with APIs, version control systems, and deployment processes.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
