1Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP design elements across multiple building projects. The role requires strong drawing comprehension, communication, and coordination skills to support the smooth execution of residential, commercial, institutional, and healthcare developments.

2. Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed and recognized institute.
3. Experience

4-5 years of relevant experience with a real estate developer in project coordination and multidisciplinary design integration.
4. Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings for various building types. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure design alignment and timely approvals. Assist in resolving design conflicts and technical issues between different disciplines. Maintain and circulate updated drawings, documents, and revisions as required. Support project documentation, reporting, and communication between site teams and design teams. Participate in coordination meetings and track minutes/action items. Follow organizational processes, standards, and quality protocols.
5. Software & Technical Skills

AutoCAD MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Key Competencies / Expertise

Strong understanding of coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems. Knowledge of design and construction requirements for: Residential buildings, Commercial complexes, Hospitals, Schools and institutional buildings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
