We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within our organization. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and reports.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality guidelines.
Provide administrative support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
06-1 years of experience in project coordination or similar role (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
