Skills Required:
Project Management Tools:
Jira, Azure Boards, Asana, Trello or any recognized project management software.
Agile & Scrum Methodologies:
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Tools & Platforms:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom.
Project Planning & Execution:
Proficient in defining project scope, setting timelines, resource allocation, and driving project delivery
Team Handling & Coordination:
Experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring task ownership, accountability, and productivity.
Delivery & Quality Review:
Strong skills in monitoring progress, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with project goals
Key Responsibilities of candidate will be:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Scheduling
Assisting in Planning:
Support the Stakeholder & Business Analyst in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Scheduling:
Coordinate schedules, ensuring that project activities are planned and aligned with overall project goals.
2. Resource Management
Resource Allocation:
Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that resources are available as needed.
Monitoring Utilization:
Track and report on resource utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
3. Documentation and Reporting
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant documents.
Status Reporting:
Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
4. Communication and Coordination
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes and action items.
5. Risk and Issue Management
Tracking Risks:
Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, working with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
Issue Resolution:
Assist in resolving project issues by coordinating with relevant team members and stakeholders.
6. Quality Assurance
Adherence to Standards:
Ensure that project activities comply with organizational standards and best practices.
Quality Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring project deliverables for quality and consistency with project requirements.
7. Administrative Support
Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the project team and managing correspondence.
Tools and Systems Management:
Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the project team.
