Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, reports, trackers, and status updates. Prepare and format professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and clients. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report progress to project managers. Assist with risk and issue tracking, and help manage resolution processes. Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation such as SOWs, BRDs, status reports, Gantt charts, and training materials. Schedule and organize project review meetings, internal team briefings, and stakeholder presentations. Ensure all required project documentation is up to date and stored properly in project management systems (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence). Assist with budget tracking and invoice reconciliation under the supervision of the project manager. Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, IT) to facilitate onboarding, resource allocation, and other administrative support functions. Provide support in quality control, process audits, and compliance documentation.
