Role Overview
We are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented
Patient Engagement Coordinator
to connect with patients through
phone calls and online meetings
and facilitate structured, consented
patient experience conversations
for a healthcare communication initiative.
The role focuses on
building patient comfort, explaining the purpose clearly, coordinating online interactions, and ensuring accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Communication & Engagement
Connect with patients via
phone calls and online meeting platforms
(Zoom / Google Meet)
Explain the purpose of patient experience conversations in a clear, respectful, and empathetic manner
Build trust and comfort to enable meaningful and voluntary patient sharing
Communicate fluently in
Telugu or Malayalam
, and support conversations in
Hindi and English
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule and confirm online meetings with patients based on availability
Send meeting links, reminders, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled conversations
3. Consent & Documentation
Ensure patients clearly understand consent and participation requirements
Collect and track consent confirmations and required documentation
Maintain accurate records of patient details, conversation status, and outcomes
4. Quality & Compliance
Follow defined conversation frameworks and guidelines
Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Escalate concerns, rescheduling requests, or patient discomfort promptly
5. Reporting & Tracking
Maintain trackers for:
Patient contact status
Scheduled and completed conversations
Consent and documentation status
Share daily / weekly updates with the project lead
Required Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory
Healthcare background (pharma, hospital operations, patient programs, or healthcare agency experience)
Fluency in
Telugu OR Malayalam
Good command of
Hindi and English
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, and online meeting tools
Preferred
Experience handling patient calls or support programs
Understanding of patient sensitivity and healthcare ethics
Exposure to healthcare compliance or consent processes
Ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules independently
