Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will manage and monitor project activities, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, structural, and MEP teams. The role involves tracking project schedules, preparing reports, and supporting the project management team for timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities between architects, structural, and MEP teams
Monitor project schedules and timelines using MS Project or Primavera (basic)
Prepare progress reports, status updates, and presentations for management
Assist in drawing and document control using AutoCAD (basic)
Track material, resources, and project milestones
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
Support project manager in planning, scheduling, and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (basic), MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP workflows
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
Education:
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or related field
