About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled

Project Coordinator (Electrical - Solar)

to oversee and manage solar project execution across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar installation, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project activities within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple solar projects simultaneously. Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Supervise site activities and coordinate with installation partners for timely execution. Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems. Maintain project documentation - material receipts, warranty details, and installation checklists. Prepare and submit daily/weekly project reports to the Project Head. Ensure project handover within defined timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction. Travel to project sites across India for supervision and coordination.

Skills & Requirements

2-5 years of experience in solar project coordination or execution. Strong understanding of solar installation and electrical systems. Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel extensively.
