Roles and Responsibilities:

Hiring personnel for the project at the local level. Supervise and support the project staff in executing their duties effectively. Formulation of a mobilization strategy with Project Leadership and distributing territories among mobilizers to ensure efficient mobilization. Counselling of mobilized candidates for the program. Finalisation of training calendar and shop opening schedules. Ensure timely mobilisation, counselling, fee collection, onboarding, training and shop opening. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centers, making necessary adjustments for improvement. Collaborate with local stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, and government agencies, to enhance awareness about eye health and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Desired Skill Sets:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, business development, and a commitment to promoting eye care services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide guidance to rural entrepreneurs. Expertise in digital technologies, including Tele-Medicine and Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous. * Proficient in the skilling sector.
