We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Project Coordinate for the Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the overall project.

Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

? Hiring personnel for the project at the local level.

? Supervise and support the project staff in executing their duties effectively.

? Formulation of a mobilization strategy with Project Leadership and distributing territories among mobilizers to ensure efficient mobilization.

? Counselling of mobilized candidates for the program.

? Finalisation of training calendar and shop opening schedules.

? Ensure timely mobilisation, counselling, fee collection, onboarding, training and shop opening.

? Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centers, making necessary adjustments for improvement.

? Collaborate with local stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, and government agencies, to enhance awareness about eye health and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Desired Skill Sets:

? The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, business development, and a commitment to promoting eye care services.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide guidance to rural entrepreneurs.

? Expertise in digital technologies, including Tele-Medicine and Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous.

? Proficient in the skilling sector.

Qualification:

Preferably a master's degree in business administration, Project Management, Rural Management, PGDM, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and business development, preferably in the healthcare, Rural Entrepreneurship Development, or eye care sector.

Term:

1 year - Fixed term contract.
