Full job description
  • The candidate should be a Diploma/BE in Mechanical/ECE/ Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in sewage treatment plant/ industrial waste water treatment plant.
  • Design and detailed engineering of sewage treatment plant/ industrial waste water treatment plant
  • He should have adequate knowledge of different technologies like SBR/MBBR/MBR
  • Should be able to coordinate with the construction team, erection & commissioning team .
  • Should also have knowledge of operation and maintenance of STP/ ETP.
  • Experience in Mechanical equipment like Pumps, Blowers Centrifuge, Decanter, Chlorination, Diffuser.
  • Should have adequate knowledge of Mechanical equipment & execution
  • Supervise the construction project from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements.
  • Network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignment.
  • Develop a detailed project plan\xe2\x80\x93project plan sheet.
  • Creating of a project estimate and presenting BOQ/BOM to the management.
  • Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
  • Understand and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
  • Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation with project deliverables and milestones.
  • Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
  • Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
  • Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
  • Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery.
  • Periodic reconciliation of major items.
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
  • Demonstrate high standards of accountability and integrity.
  • Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
  • Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
  • Keep management informed on progress for project and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.
  • Proficiency with computer applications AutoCad and MS Projects, including MS Office.
  • Must have advanced presentation skills. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
