2-5 years in community mobilization or skills training
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute community mobilization and outreach strategies.
Organize campaigns to raise awareness about career-oriented training programs.
Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, institutions, and community groups.
Track enrollment targets and manage student follow-ups to reduce dropouts.
Maintain accurate data in ERP and internal systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
2-5 years NGO or community outreach experience; skills training experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
Travel:
Extensive travel within West Bengal.
