Job Title Project Coordinator
Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Sales Solutions & Data Analytics Specialist with Marketing Content Writing responsibilities. In this hybrid role, you will support the sales team by leveraging data analytics to identify sales opportunities and customer insights, develop tailored solutions, and create compelling marketing content that aligns with business goals.

About the Role:
Sales Solutions & Data Analytics (60%)

• Churn sales and solutions data into smart sheet tracking
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations (using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or MS Smartsheet).
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support strategic sales decisions.

Content Writing for Marketing (40%)

• Develop clear, engaging, and data-backed content for sales presentations, case studies, white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
• Translate technical and analytical insights into content that resonates with target audiences.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns with tailored content to support lead generation and sales enablement.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or content writing.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, Smartsheet).
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS tools) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
