Job Description

• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate complex concepts to others.
• Analyze appropriate information to prepare schedules, plans and forecasts.
• Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances.
• Support meetings supplying relevant data, provide updates on plans and highlight concerns relating to actual or potential issues.
• Escalate any issue to the Project Manager.
• Is self aware and has a collaborative approach to working with others
• Shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings, resilient, flexible and works well under pressure
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Responsible for capacity planning and for development of these services in the organization
• Support, encourage and develop team
• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
• Must have excellent technical skills on EXCEL. Tools such as VLOOKUP,
• PIVOT, Advance Excel to use Macros and formulas for visualization of the data is a must for this position.
• Must be excellent in working with the internal departments to gather daily data and present 100% accurate information to stakeholders.
