, focusing on quality training delivery, compliance, and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end implementation of

NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Mission-aligned skill development projects

at the district and center level Ensure compliance with

Scheme Guidelines, SOPs, and Quality Assurance Frameworks (QAF)

Monitor trainee mobilization, enrollment, attendance, training delivery, assessments, and certification Supervise mobilizers, trainers, and center staff to ensure adherence to project targets and timelines Maintain accurate

MIS, trainee records, attendance sheets, batch trackers, and supporting documents

Coordinate with Training Partners, SSCs, Assessing Agencies, and State Mission officials Conduct regular

center visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings

Support placement tracking, post-placement follow-ups, and documentation as per scheme norms Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Candidate Requirements

Graduate (MSW / Rural Management / Social Sciences / Education / Agriculture preferred) 1-3 years of experience in

skill development projects under NSDC, PMKVY, or State Skill Missions

Working knowledge of

Skill India portals, MIS systems, and scheme documentation

Strong coordination, reporting, and field management skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling Willingness to travel within Bhopal district and nearby project areas
