Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed requirement gathering and translate client needs into clear functional specifications. Excellent technical requirement understanding to bridge the gap between clients and development teams. Prepare high-quality BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS, and user stories. Strong in Document Writing & Proposal Writing for IT service-based projects. Perform requirement analysis and suggest effective technical solutions. Provide accurate time estimations and feasibility analysis for client requirements. Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure technical clarity. Work effectively with international clients and understand global IT project standards. Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:

1-3 years of experience as Project Coordinator in an IT services company. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication & analytical thinking. Ability to convert business needs into technical flow. Expertise in documentation, proposals, BRD, SRS, workflows, and wireframes.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and identify trends Experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting and documenting requirements Proficiency in defining and evaluating Business Requirements and Business Processes Knowledge of Information Technology systems and workflows Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, or ITIL) are a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
