We are pioneers in the design and manufacturing of

Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints, Building Seismic Joints

, and other

heavy steel structures

, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee, manage, and direct construction projects from initiation to completion. Review and monitor project progress in-depth to ensure timely delivery of all milestones. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates. Track and manage inventory, materials, and equipment on a regular basis. Prepare and present internal and external progress reports. Anticipate potential challenges and proactively resolve emerging issues. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to construction teams and subcontractors. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all project activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

in

Civil or Mechanical Engineering

. Candidates

must have prior experience in bridge and building joints execution

(bridge bearings, expansion joints, seismic joints, or related infrastructure projects).
