We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to join our team. This role will involve supporting the project management team by overseeing the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the quality standards. The Project Coordinator will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and team members, helping to keep projects on track and facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Assist project managers in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure project activities align with project goals and deadlines.
Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and delays.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and status updates.
Prepare and distribute regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and issues.
Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external vendors or contractors.
Coordinate meetings, project kick-offs, and status updates, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged.
Foster effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Task Management:
Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Assist in the assignment and tracking of project tasks, ensuring team members are aware of deadlines and responsibilities.
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential issues or roadblocks that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
Work with project managers and team members to address challenges and ensure project goals are met.
Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track and ensure client satisfaction.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, or contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Assist in managing vendor contracts, schedules, and performance.
Quality Control:
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Assist with the review and approval process for project deliverables, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and accurate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or related field.
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., construction, IT, healthcare].
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
