The Coordinator & Accounts Executive will handle office coordination, and basic accounting tasks. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills along with a working knowledge of accounts and documentation.
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain filing/documentation.
Handle telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor management.
Maintain vendor coordination.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and service providers.
Follow up on pending work, project timelines, and status updates.
Assist in organizing meetings, company events, and staff coordination.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Track and monitor task progress for management.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments).
Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial records.
