Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and on-site teams.
Track progress, documentation, and deliverables.
Support communication with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Prepare progress reports and presentations.
Follow up on material procurement, logistics, and installation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Interior Design, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in project coordination (theme parks, museums, fit-outs preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera are a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Understanding of drawings, fabrication, and site execution processes.
