Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between marketing and production teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood and met.
Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and follow-ups to maintain momentum and resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure production teams have the necessary inputs, specifications, and deadlines.
Track project schedules, monitor progress, and flag delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and feedback logs.
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and mutual understanding between departments.
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or production support.
Ability to interpret briefs, timelines, and technical requirements.
