We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator with an MBA in Marketing and at least 5 years of proven experience in the social sector. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in project management and a demonstrated track record in fundraising through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional to coordinate and drive social impact projects while strengthening partnerships and mobilizing resources through CSR channels.
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, coordinate, and oversee social sector projects ensuring timely execution and adherence to objectives.
? Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies focused on CSR partnerships and initiatives.
? Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support social projects.
? Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and presentations for donors and CSR teams.
? Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational mission and CSR mandates.
? Manage budgets, timelines, and documentation associated with CSR-funded projects.
? Organize events, campaigns, and stakeholder meetings to promote social initiatives and CSR collaborations.
? Stay updated on CSR policies, trends, and opportunities to enhance fundraising efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
? MBA in Marketing or a related field.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector with a focus on project coordination.
? Proven experience in fundraising through CSR channels.
? Strong knowledge of CSR regulations, policies, and best practices.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
