Role Overview - Project Coordinator

We are seeking a sharp and motivated engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timely execution. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government authorities. Prepare and maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them to management when required. Support senior management in planning, reviewing, and delivering project assignments. Take responsibility for quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in project coordination, project management, or related roles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage. Demonstrated attitude of ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
