Making travel arrangements (hotel, flights, train, visa, etc.)
Delegating tasks on behalf of MD and keeping track of progress along with ensuring the completion on time.
Drafting letters & emails
Conducting client visits

Performing MD's personal tasks
Having excellent follow-up and a 100% response rate.
Calendar management
Liaoning with clients
Making and submitting daily, weekly & monthly reports
Keeping track of multiple tasks and tracking progress of each

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience of having worked as a coordinator or executive assistant
Knowledge of construction industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Proficiency in typing emails.
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a EA/coordinator who has worked previously in the construction industry. Candidate should preferably not live more than 40 mins of commute time from the office location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
