We're searching for a highly qualified Project Coordinator to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.
About The Role
Looking for personnel who shall act & play role as a liaising within our internal departments (Design, Projects, Contractor, MEP, Modular Factory, Purchases). He/she should maintain and co-ordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects remain within scope & schedule.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status & requirements with all keyperson.
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensure project deadlines are met by monitoring daily project activities and progress
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan.
Act as the central communication point between internal teams and external keypersons.
Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field.
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
