Key Responsibilities:



Make decisions aligned with end-user needs and business objectives. Engage, collaborate, co-create, and influence key business stakeholders using partnering, consultancy skills, and a coaching approach to build trust. Continuously develop expertise in active listening, influencing, facilitation, and communication. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with functional teams, technical colleagues, and end users, with a strong customer service mindset. Strong in problem-solving and business analysis, including timeline planning and requirements gathering. Capable of performing under pressure and adapting quickly to a fast-paced business environment.


Requisites:
5-7 years of experience in project coordination, business engagement, corporate event management, or administrative operations. Prior experience working in a business operations environment or supporting senior business leaders. Experience in managing logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Skills & Competencies: Ability to handle multiple engagements and logistics simultaneously. Ability to interact with senior leadership, vendors, and operational teams. Ability to ensure seamless execution of business engagements. * Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently.
