Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion
Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure adherence to
schedules
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Assist the Project Manager in resource planning, budgeting, and
documentation
Prepare progress reports, meeting notes, and project documentation
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project execution and resolve
issues
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery
of materials
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project
activities
Travel to various project sites within Maharashtra as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate, preferably in
Engineering
(Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related
fields)
3-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management,
preferably in the engineering or construction sector
Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
- both written and verbal
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra
Preferred Attributes:
Exposure to working with government projects or infrastructure development
Knowledge of local regulatory and safety standards
