Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, material management, and on-site team supervision.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.
Monitor project expenses, track budgets, and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10-15 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end construction projects.
Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
