Job Summary:

We are looking for a capable and proactive Project Coordinatorto oversee the end-to-end execution of signage projects. While prior experience in the signage industry is a plus, we welcome candidates from other industries who have a strong background in managing or coordinating projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple signage projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) and external vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Review technical and design documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Facilitate internal meetings and hold teams accountable for milestones. Ensure compliance with city permitting requirements and signage regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, regardless of industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. Ability to interpret project documentation and collaborate cross-functionally. Comfortable with remote work and independently managing timelines and deliverables. A willingness to learn the signage industry quickly is essential.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
