Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should have experience managing projects, preferably with some exposure to networking-related projects, but the focus will be on overall project handling, resource coordination, and successful delivery. Candidates with basic project coordination skills--familiarity with key terminology like PO, project planning, SOW, WCC, and project deliverables in the telecom industry or networking field--are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

+ Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Coordinate resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
+ Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate when necessary.
+ Communicate project status updates to management and stakeholders regularly.
+ Ensure compliance with quality and business standards.
+ Manage documentation, project changes, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills :

+ 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably with exposure to networking projects. + Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in project management.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
