Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives run by the IT organization on the specific focus areas
• Drive the critical projects from inception to closure:
• Project scoping
• Project schedule management
• Resource Management
• Procurement
• Budget Management
• Stakeholder management
• Project Governance
• Risk Management and Quality Control
• Monitoring and Controlling project execution
• Continuous process improvements
• Prioritization and negotiation of competing priorities
• Management Reporting
• Documentation and Project closure

Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE

• Must possess good knowledge of Project Management.
• Must possess knowledge of specific technical area of focus (Security, Patching & Vulnerability Remediation)
• Should possess experience in working in a LifeSciences environment
• Should possess knowledge of IT practices in Pharmaceutical industry.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to drive projects / initiatives to closure
• Multitasking and prioritizing critical focus areas
• Working with project management tools
• Working in functional organization
• Experience in working with multivendor model
• Ability to manage multiple issues at once and prioritize own work.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 4+ years of Project management experience.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

• PMP preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to speak and write in English. Ability to read and interpret complex scenarios. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts with clarity. Ability to present to groups across the organization.
