We are looking for a

Project Coordinator

who brings structure, follow-up discipline, and execution readiness into our project workflows.

Role Summary



The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers by maintaining

live project schedules

, ensuring a

rolling 2-week execution-ready plan

, and coordinating drawings, materials, labour, and quality checklists so that projects move smoothly without last-minute firefighting.

This is a

coordination and control role

, not a design or site execution role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Schedule & Planning Support



Maintain and update the master project schedule (design, procurement, execution) Track planned vs actual progress and highlight delays Ensure the project schedule reflects ground reality at all times

2. Two-Week Look-Ahead & Execution Readiness (Core Responsibility)



Ensure that all activities scheduled in the

next two weeks

are fully prepared with:

Clearly defined scheduled dates Latest drawings issued and internally reviewed Material procurement planned (requisition, quotes, PO, delivery dates) Labour availability confirmed Relevant checklists assigned and reviews planned (pre/during/post execution)

3. Task Creation & Tracking



Convert schedule activities into clear, trackable tasks Assign owners, timelines, and dependencies Track tasks daily and follow up until closure

4. Documentation & Version Control



Maintain structured project folders (SharePoint / digital systems) Track drawing revisions, approvals, and issue dates Prevent circulation of outdated documents

5. Coordination & Communication



Coordinate between design team, site engineers, vendors, and accounts Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) Convert verbal or WhatsApp instructions into documented tasks

6. Reporting & MIS



Prepare weekly project status reports Support monthly project summaries and dashboards Highlight risks, bottlenecks, and readiness gaps early

Required Skills & QualificationsEssential Skills



Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication (spoken and written) Strong organisational and documentation discipline Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Knowledge (Preferred)



Basic understanding of construction / interior workflows Ability to read and track drawings and BOQs (no designing required) Familiarity with project schedules and task tracking

Experience



1-4 years experience in project coordination, construction support, interiors, or PMC roles preferred Freshers with strong organisational skills and relevant exposure may also be considered
