Project Coordinator

in an interior design or interior fit-out firm ensures the smooth execution, communication, and delivery of interior projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities



1. Project Planning & Scheduling



Develop and maintain project timelines, work plans, and schedules to ensure timely completion. Track milestones and coordinate execution tasks.

2. Coordination & Communication



Act as a central point of contact between the design team, clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams. Communicate progress, changes, and issues to all stakeholders.

3. Site Visits & Quality Monitoring



Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, compliance with design specifications, and safety standards. Report findings and resolve issues with teams.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, drawings, reports, records). Share progress reports (daily/weekly) with internal teams and clients.

5. Budget & Procurement Support



Assist in tracking project expenses, budgets, and tracking procurement schedules. Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries.

6. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution



Identify project delays or conflicts early and work with teams to solve them. Manage changes to scope, schedule, or costs when needed.
