Roles & Key Responsibilities
Client Point of Contact:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely, and strategic communication.
Account & Project Management:
Manage multiple client accounts and oversee projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life efficiently.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and delivering value-driven solutions.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify challenges and provide effective solutions to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
Strategic Thinking:
Share insights, ideas, and recommendations that help clients elevate their brand and campaigns.
Process & Tools:
Use project management tools and industry-standard software to track progress and improve workflows.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in client servicing or project coordination within an
advertising agency
.
Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools is an added advantage.
