Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project initiation, ensuring professional communication and relationship management.
Coordinate with the Creative Director and creative team to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand objectives.
Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client requirements, briefs, and project scopes.
Manage project timelines and ensure all creatives are delivered on schedule.
Conduct timely follow-ups with both clients and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Assist in reviewing creatives for basic quality, relevance, and alignment with client expectations before sharing for final approval.
Maintain organized records of project progress, feedback, and approvals.
Skills required
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or a similar role (advertising or branding agency).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and an understanding of creative processes.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
