Key Responsibilities



Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication. Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and meetings between internal teams and clients. Gather and document project requirements and share them with relevant stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure projects stay on track. Assist Project Managers in planning, documentation, and reporting. Handle client queries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify client needs and escalate any challenges to the project team for resolution. Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, timelines, and status reports. Support resource allocation and ensure teams have what they need to complete tasks. Prepare presentations and reports for clients and management.
